“A” PROGRAM (BARN CLIENTS MANDATORY) – $850 + $60 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FEE:
Five services per week; three lessons, one ride and one turn-out. Owner is responsible for turn-outs and/or lunging on lesson days; tack-up and un-tack, grooming, grooming supplies, blanketing and laundry.

“B” PROGRAM – $750 PONY/$800 HORSE + $60 PROPERTY MAINTENANCE FEE:
Four services per week Tuesday thru Saturday; three lessons, one ride or one turn-out. Owner is responsible for turn-outs and/or lunging on lesson days, tack-up and un-tack, grooming, grooming supplies, blanketing and laundry.

“C” PROGRAM – $720:
Includes grooming, hand-walking, lunging, turn-out and/or Euro Walker six days per week for the horse that is laid up and needs special care for no more than three months and is not being ridden by a Newmarket trainer/employee.

“LESSON” PROGRAM – $520:
For the new rider who does not own a horse. Program provides eight group lessons per month. A one-time $85 evaluation fee will be charged to determine the rider’s ability and discuss goals and lesson schedule.

FULL GROOM SERVICE IN ADDITION TO PROGRAM A & B – $650:
This service includes a combination of Euro-Walker, turn-out or lunging one time per day, six days per week, tack-up and un-tack for trainer and/or rider, wrapping, blanketing and laundry service. A $15 fee will be billed weekly for basic supplies (brushes, boots, shampoo, tape, alcohol, bell boots, etc.), used on your horse.

EURO WALKER/TURN-OUT SERVICE IN ADDITION TO PROGRAM A & B – $300:
This service includes a combination of Euro Walker, turn-out or lunging one time per day, five days per week. An additional $30 will be charged during the winter months for blanketing.

Individual Services:

Lunging or turn-out before a lesson will be provided at a charge of $15 per service

Bitting Rig will be provided at a charge of $20 per service

Tack-up and/or un-tack will be provided at a charge of $20 per service

Extra ride will be provided at a charge of $50 per ride

Wrapping will be provided at a charge of $15 per service

Clip & Trim will be provided at a charge of $15 for ear and nose $25 for ear, nose and mane

Bathing will be provided at a charge of $25 per service

Blanketing will be provided at a charge of $60 per month if not in groom service or turn-out service

Laundry service will be provided at for sheets at a charge of $20 per item

Lunch will be provided at a charge of $36 per month for horse; $18 per month for pony. Any additional supplements and/or medication will be billed to your account monthly.

A 10-percent commission will be charged on all outside horse sales and leases; a 15-percent commission will be charged on all in-house horse sales and leases (Buyer and Seller are both clients’ at Newmarket and will each pay 7.5 percent).

A horse brought in for trial, prior to purchase, will be billed at $60 per day for boarding/training/lunch plus groom service day rate of $35 if applicable and the current hay surcharge from the time horse arrives until it leaves Newmarket.
